PRECISION OIL FIELD EQUIPMENT WELDING

We perform certified SMAW, GMAW, GTAW welding for manufacture, repair and modification of new and used equipment. We work with aluminum, many steel alloys, and stainless steel in many grades.

PRECISION OIL FIELD MANUFACTURING & MACHINING

We are equipped with multiple sizes of CNC lathes with capacity up to 35” diameter and 199” in length, CNC 3 axis vertical machining capabilities and both OD and ID cylindrical grinding.

CARBIDE TILE BEARINGS

We manufacture carbide tile bearings for some of the best motor shops in the industry due to our superior quality and reputation for on-time delivery.

OIL FIELD HARDFACING

Our high quality services are exemplified by the hardfacing surfaces we provide. We offer PTA (Plasma Transfer Arc) carbide application for component hardfacing, as well as grinding and welding. We use advanced equipment for hardfacing and welding, and utilize proven materials from reputable suppliers only.
